We have a 2019 41 RKSB4 with the Tecma toilet. It wouldn't flush one day when new. That's when I learned not to let the holding tank fill too much. The led readout said tank was 68% full but the light on the Tecma flush control was red. Emptied the tank and all was fine. Perhaps a wiring problem in the sensor setup? I dump as soon as the light turns yellow (50%, according to Tecma), no biggie, no problems.
