Inside Propane Connection

I'm planning on tapping or teeing off of an inside propane line in order to install a quick connect outlet to use an Olympus catalytic heater. Has anybody else done this? If so, where did you tap the line? Where did you put the quick connect? Would appreciate any thoughts & experience anybody would care to share on this subject. We're in an 09 RSSB3.

We did just that on a 06 tk3. teed of the furnace with a quick disconnect alongside the stairs. then a long hose so we could either put the heater up stairs or at the end of the island

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't thought about the "stairs area", and that does offer some flexibility on where you could place the heater.
