Folks started arriving at 6:30 when I was there 3 years ago. The best thing was I just parked outside the gate at their limited hook up area so we were in place when they wanted us.

factory

thanks everyone....

just fyi
they come out at 6am (don't forget like we did about the time change from Illinois and indiana) and what a great job they did. Their service is second to none. We were out of there by 3pm.

The kitchen floor was showing seam lines and bubbles, this spring they injected glue, it lasted about two weeks and came back, so this time they replaced the complete flooring.

Had a small water leak at the base of the floor in the rear curb side....
they found voids in the caulk on the roof and replaced the wood trim that was slightly stained.

A kitchen chair was coming apart.....they are sending me a new one, they were out of my style.

Kitchen fawcet corroded up and now swivel, they are sending me a new one of them, they were also out of my type.

Water leaking out of the shower stall...they took apart and resealed.

They did all this from 6am-2pm in one day and I was on my way.
They were very professional with their service...this is the 3rd time I have been to the factory for repairs since 2004 and have always had a good experience.......Bill

Bill,

Thanks for the update on the repairs required.

Was all that work performed on your 09 Blue Elite CK3, and if so when did you get the 09 CK3?

When needing repair work on my unit I have traveled to Indiana Interstate. They have been very responsive and do excellent work.

I have also heard from other folks who have gone to the factory that they had gotten excellent service and results.

Hope all goes well with your travels and RV.

The work I listed was all done on my 09....I got the very 1st 09 out of the factory in July last year....I could not make it back to the factory befor Oct so we set an appointment a long time ago. This is my third MS
04, 06 elite, and now 09 elite.
Service has always been great to say the least.......Bill
