wheel bearings.

I have done a search of the forum for wheel bearing numbers but have found nothing. I have a 2014 MS SKSB36 (*wonder what these numbers mean). It has 8000K Lippert axles. Would like to have 2 sets on hand with all of the associated parts. Lippert lists 7000K only. Maybe they are the same bearing?

Simply pack the bearings by hand and write down the numbers.

If you are talking this setup the shocks are Monroe 555001 Gas-Magnum RV Shock Absorber.

Not sure what pads those are that were mentioned. BEST quality SemiMetallic are what you want.

I bought the Monroe 34792's from Amazon today for $6.11 each. Had to buy 5 to get above the $25.00 minimum for purchase, free shipping included. I do not know why they were so cheap.

Bought 2 sets of bearings, wheel seals and lock for $45.98 from randpcarriages on ebay. Now I just need the axle nuts, don't know what size they are.

Why would you need new nuts?

I taped the caliper to the spring if that is what you are referring to?

The bearing had shifted in rotor/hub and was rubbing on caliper bracket and got HOT so I put a 1 1/8" pc of plywood between the pads.

I have seen pictures of the damage that happens when you lose a wheel bearing. Just want spares, just in case.

whmahew, Do you mean an skf B36 bearing? I could go into a technical discussion about the C3 bearing fitments etc. but if you go to SKF's website you can get all the technical jargon on that bearing........

Never heard of an sks bearing. Are you sure it is not an SKF bearing. Anyway. The B in the bearing description means it has a "B" clearance between the roller/balls and race. B and C are the most common and B clearance bearings are popular for axle bearings etc. although there are others. You stated SKSB36 but there should be additional numbers after the 36** usually 4 numbers total.
