Doubletree batteries

My batteries discharged down to 9V. I had left the battery switch on. Charged to 13V. Sat for three weeks with the battery switch off. Was at 11.86V when I went to get it. Charged overnight to 13.3V.
However only the landing legs and sliders work. Nothing else. What seems to be the problem?

Have you checked the battery disconnect switch? Sounds like it may have been turned off.

Yes. I'm confused as to why the landing legs and sliders will work but nothing else.

Landing gear and slides are wired direct to the battery and bypass the disconnect switch. In house 12v system is not wired direct and goes through the disconnect switch..
