Bathroom vent died

Mine got to making that noise "I'm dying" and died. Those vents come out from top or will that cover come off inside. Never tackled one of these in an rv.

The one in the RV is junk and makes too much noise. I took mine out and replaced it with a 5 inch fan from a computer. Ebay Cheep. Quite and sucks just fine.
