36TK3 Spice rack addition

Just thought you all might want to know how to add a really neat spice rack to your 5th wheel. You do? OK!
Up over the Convection oven there is a trim strip with a carving on it. Take out the two plugs at the ends, remove the two screws. Now go to Home Depot and get two spring loaded brushed aluminum hinges and a matching pull knob. Put the hinges in at the top and you now have a really neat place to store all those spices right at the handy. The spring keeps it closed when you are traveling.
Enjoy
OB n Sue
PS; I was her idea!

What a good idea--thanks for sharing this! Now if I can just get the old man to Home Depot and out with just those things than it'll be a great one! I doubt we'll leave with just three items, but maybe.......Layne

If you use your convection oven much, isn't there a chance the spices will deteriorate due to the heat?
