Batteries, Magnum inverter issue, help please

Hi there, I had a worker replaced the batteries in our rv, they hooked them wrong, and now the magum inverter won’t reset. I have the residential fridge plugged into the outside outlet from the back door of the fridge. And the geny wont switch over. Does it sound like i need a new inverter? Or could it be be still hooked up wrong, everything else seems to be working.
