Seal Issue Kinro Windows

The radius window upper portion series 2000, is showing a seal leak on our thermopane. Ie fogging
According to their website Kinro offers a 5 year warranty on seal failure, parts only.

Any flags on process, or product warranty claim before I write to them.

The trailer is 2.5 years from purchase.

Had virtually all of my Kinro/Lippert frameless windows fail on my 2011 KZ Escalade in the first month of ownership in 2011. KZ replaced them all in 2011. A year later one of the replacements fogged and KZ replaced it N/C. The bigger problem is water leakage where the glass seals (or doesn't seal) against the window frame. Have been back to dealer and factory numerous times with no success. I now have duct tape over the worst glass seams to keep the weather out. Good luck with yours.

Thanks for the info Netjam. Sorry to hear that every window had to be replaced.

The second failure, did Kinro send you the glass replacement and what was the install charge?

I have noticed gaps on the bottom seals, but assumed they are manufactured as such. No water leaks found, around our windows.

Good luck sorting this out with KZ and your Canadian dealer.

The series 2000 radius window is not frameless.

The window was sent to me and I arranged for and paid ($3-400) the instal. Kz had a 2 yr warranty so I sent them the bill and they paid me back. The dealer and KZ have given up on the leaks so I just replace the duct tape as it deteriorates. (every 8-9 months) It makes a good rolling advertisement for Kinro windows and is a good conversation starter in campgrounds.
