LED Tail Lights

Can anyone give me some advice on how to reinstall the LED Tail Lights.
I was able to remove it without problem but I can't get it back in at all.
HELP

Put the rubber grommet in first then push the LED light into the grommet until it "seats" itself.

Soapy water will make this task very easy. Spray the soap water mixture around the hole and use a plastic putty stick, or pencil to guide the seal while applying pressure to the light cover
