When you do your "Walk-Thru" Take your time and make sure everything works properly before you leave the Dealership DO NOT let them rush you. Be Especially mindful of the slides. Make sure all slides seat properly and snugly and even on both ends. Make sure A L L tv electronics are working. I say this only to help you. We purchaced a 2007 38RL3 #3633 on 29 March 2007 and it has been back at the factory for 4 of the 6 months, and we are still waiting for Doubletree to bring it back to us.
