Paint after repair

A friend has a 2005 CK3 and is experiencing leaks at slide wipes. Service tech has stated that DT 'may' honor warrantee claim with digital pics. The problem comes in after new wipes are installed. To install new wipes the trim piece must be removed. The trim piece is caulked and may not be able to be removed without torquing damage which requires replacement. The new trim piece is white. The MS has painted grafics (sp?). Paint codes can be sent fron DT but matching edge treatments and gelcoat coverings is going to be a pain.

Any suggestions?
