Fresh water tank

I am in the process of trying to santize my fresh water tank. My problem is draining the water out. I have turned the little handle and water is coming out, but it is so slow that it will be next year before it is empty. My guess is that it would take app. 2 minutes to fill up a 6 oz container. Is this normal? I thought about setting my air compressor to around 20 psi and trying to blow up through the drain hose, but thought I should check here first.
Thanks

Unfortunately its a slow drain. You can make sure that the trailer is up on the curb side, right, that will help a little but thats all I know.

Good Luck

Turn the pump on while draining.

If you’re sanitizing I assume you’re using bleach. If so you’ll want to sanitize your water lines also, right? If so, do as BobW suggested and turn your water pump on and run your faucets. It will transfer to your grey tank and then you can empty that quickly.
