Surge Guard Auto Transfer Switch

had a power problem at the park , blew out my Hughes autoformer with surge protector . pulled out and ordered replacement , reconnected to good park power but transfer switch will NOT come on , switch to generator input plug with park power and input good and ON !!! Can NOT find circuit diagram or help from Southwire / TRW !! called ,sent e-mails / no response !!! Does anyone know if there is a FUSE on the surge part of the TX switch ?? I do have 120V at contactor input ! Any info would be appreciated !!

Sounds like the shore power relay in the transfer switch is not kicking in but the generator relay is kicking in. Do you have multi meter?

Sounds per your write up, you have two exterior sockets you can plug shore power source into? You use one socket for shore power and the other for your generator, correct? Shore power to one socket works but sure power to the other socket does not work, correct? Let me know if I understand your definition of your problem correctly.

Sounds like you've confirmed that you need a new transfer switch?
