Need to replace window
Well, had my fist boo boo today, broke rear side window. Can anyone tell me where to find replacement windows.
They are frameless dark tinted and it looks like the brand is KISRT but when I google that I get nothing.
I have a 2015 DRV Tradition.
Any help is appreciated.
Doug

I have purchased windows direct from the factory before. Just measure and get your pin# before calling. Only took a few days to show up. Not terribly expensive, but they are tempered glass, so that makes them hard to find. Good luck.

Thanks PC I will give them a call tomorrow.
I assume you meant VIN # not pin# correct?

VIN/pin???what's a few letters amonst friends?
The pin number Bill is referring to is the basic number DRV uses to track their units--it is handwritten on all the kingpin mounts in white chalk. It also happens to be the last 4 digits of the VIN number...so, VIN/pin, same 4-digit number.
This is assuming Traditions are VIN/pin numbered line with the regular DRV Suites/Elites/Estates/Fullhouses/etc. I don't know if they are...
Mine happens to be a dinosaur at #1869...

Might be Kinro (made by Lippert). When I called them (lippert) they told me I needed to buy from the rv manufacturer.

Thanks for the info. Called DRV parts and have a new window on the way.
It is a frameless type. Hope I can get the old one out without a lot of hassle. This will be a first for me.

Just the information I was looking. I have an Email into parts but will continue waiting till Tuesday or after Shutdown.
Being the frameless type ,I have no idea where to start specifying measurements or ??? It is one of larger windows on the DS.

I spoke with Debra Collins with DRV and she was able to identify the window I needed.I have no idea if she is still there but her email address was DebCollins@DRVsuites.com.
Good luck

I received a quote from DRV, simply as below, plus a price that I only say I could buy 6 sheets of 3/4 inch CDX plywood cheaper In NW Illinois
0189859 Window - Frameless - 48 x 36 x 9 - SVD - 3000 - G20/Black – INS $xxx
I responded asking what SVD and INS meant, I received back this.
That is just our description in our system
I will get with someone Monday plus talk a glass shop for repair.
