Sorry to hear that Bill, about Twin Lakes that is. I wonder if that was about the time he let "Fly" go.... I know he had a hell of a time for a while hiring decent help! Maybe your experience was during that period, who knows. Jay does excellent work though, we've had him work on our Suites 3 different times and always a good experience.
