Stacey,
He did a lot of the things that my husband had done, but when the tech did it, it started working. He checked the power, went up on the roof took the cover off & spent some time checking everything up there, reset the thermostat & it started working again. No replacement parts were needed so it was just the cost of a service call, thankfully.
