Our bedroom AC did this same thing when we went to pick the trailer up. After two days they found that the thermistor that runs from the AC unit to the ceiling sensing unit was not reading the right temp. The outside temp was about 90* and we had the AC units set to 72*. When we would look at the inside temp Zone 2 it would show 55* thus not letting the bedroom AC come on. They pulled a thermistor from another unit, replaced the defective one and the AC fired right up. This is probably not your issue but just another thing to throw out there.
