Thanks for the input guys.

I called the Duo-Therm folks and spoke with a technician, here's what they told me.

The thermostat is wired back to a circuit board which has dip switches. Dip switch # 6 controls the temp differential. Slide switch over and it should increase the differential by about 2-3 degrees.

After that the thermostat needs to be reset. Turn off the thermostat, push and hold down the Mode & Zone buttons, turn the thermostat back on and when "FF" flashes up let go buttons and all should be well.

So now I need to figure out where the circuit board with the dip switches is. May be up on the air conditioning unit? If anyone knows where the dip switch board is let me know.

That's what I've got so far. Will look for the board in a few days and will post back information.
