With an average of 4500 pounds of pin weight (non toy hauler) I was over the ratings with my 2011 F-350
Haven't weighed the 2020 450 with the trailer yet. But a truck only CAT scale weigh has the truck about 600 pounds less than the 350.
Our last trailer was a 2 axle toy hauler. I have a pin weight scale and used that to try out different loads in the garage. From no garage extras to one electric glide only to the bike and golf cart, each about 900 pounds.
Pin weight on average was reduced about 25 percent with each addition. E.g. about 200 pounds off the pin with each 900 pound addition.
