The bolts may be available at a parts store since the brake pads can be purchased that way. If that doesn't work I would call Kodiak Brake in Dallas, Tx and have them send you the part. The bolts usually come with the calipers, but I'm sure they have them loose. They also will advise on the correct torque for the bolts so you don't have that problem again.
