Hi Joe,
The jacks seem to be a common type used for a lot of 5th wheels. The pin you mention broken is also common. Just a standard roll pin you can pick up most anywhere. Can be replaced in place in some if you can get at the top of the jack. Been there done that. If the gears are good then you should be good to go after replacing pin, grease things up too.
There are a few RV part wholesale places in IN and MI White Pidgeon for one. They would have some parts for these jacks or maybe even new replacements if you need. Prices are real cheap.
