Thanks, Notanlines. I measured my toy hauler (44') hitched to my Ford F350, came in at 64 1/2'. I just bought a 2021 Ram 3500, assuming it's pretty close in length. State legal limit is 65'. Add overall utility trailer length of 15' and I'm 5' longer than the commercial limit of 75'. Do you tow slower? The law here also states that speed is limited to 65 mph when triple towing. Just trying to get a feel for people's actual experiences. Have not heard of anyone actually being pulled over and what the ramifications would be. I suppose worst case scenario would be that I would have to leave the trailer on the side of the road, park toy hauler somewhere and come back for the utility trailer. Side by side is not street legal, so moving it like you would isn't going to work.
