I didnt have a voltmeter with me. So, I ran it up to a local RV shop. The tech there, said it wasnt working. I did end up getting the 9200 series with the charge wizard. I like how you can manually change the charging status. Anyways I hooked it up and everything works again.

My best guess is that the converter was on its last leg and when the power shut off it fried it somehow.
