Sounds like you have a relay in the 12-volt system--many trailers do. Look in/at the battery compartment--hot lead should go to a small box with 2 connectors on it. If you find it, there should be a SMALL black button on one of the sides (very hard to see/find) and just pust to reset it. This is a common occurrence with this small device--and it will cut off the 12 volt side of your system. Button is about 1/16" x 1/8" and very hard to see.

If this isn't it, there is something that the electrical company did that caused a breaker somewhere in your trailer to trip.

Does the converter work--do you hear it humming when plugged in to shore power?
