Never again
I have owned 4 new DRVs ( 2004 2006 2009 and 2012, last 3 were elites.
Build was not great on any of them, but when I had serious problems with the 2012 and was lied to by Greg in the warranty department n I told them I would never buy again.
I have switched now to “Luxe”. Can’t say it’s any better or any worse, but the warranty department hasn’t lied about their work yet.
