We have dogs so the best solution we have found is a $300ish roomba. Found at home they outperformed the dysan animal especially on carpet. Does a great job downstairs in the vinyl as well. We just let it rip when we take the dogs out for a walk a couple times a week. Also does a good job in the rigs basement during spring cleaning
Also found the dysan stick knockoffs on Amazon work really well for $100. Just follow the reviews.
