I have an '04 6.0 350 with about 112000 miles--I have changed the fuel filters only 3 times and never had the light come on. I always fuel at Flying J or at Loves, if available, but also at smaller stations with good prices.

You shouldn't be having the problems you describe--have them change the frame mount filter/housing completely, that should stop the light problems.

As to the "hurricane" fuel problems--thats bull.
