I am in the aircraft industry. We have sold many new and used aircraft and completed a LOT of warranty work, some of it on multi-million dollar craft. QC and double inspections are top priority in my business and things still fail. We deal with it and move on. Our TK has had some problems and I have fixed most of them. Some were fixed at the factory when we were close enough to stop by. I hope nothing else fails but when it does it won't be a suprise.
