A very real biggy for some folks would be the windows if they're double pane and not foggy. Those alone would recoupe your cost if they're in good shape with non-compromised internal seals.

Upgrading your own rig to an 80 amp convertor as was fitted to all of the 05's with an Iota 50 amp transfer switch if it was genny prepped would also save you a bundle if you were interested.

The furnace rated at 42K BTU due to that plenum attachment on the rear of it that funnels the heated air into the ductwork in a more efficient manner would also be an item I'd change out if my rig had the same or similar size furnace in it.

Don't overlook the surround sound boom box behind the fireplace if it's so equipped.

Would really be helpful if you posted a list of options the thing is equipped with as they had a plethora of good stuff available on those units from hydraulic lift head of bed half of mattress for reading to heated and massage eguipped Euro recliners in the lounge.

Folks who wanted to upgrade their overhead cabinet doors to the faux leaded glass variety might find your rig has them.

Even those angled downward rear scare lights are, or were, an oddity as they did double duty as reversing lights.
