After a trip to the Dealer with my part in hand. I found that it was a Pressure Relief Valve.
It had an air leak in the side where it was assembled (bad gasket) and was full of the goo that oil & water makes. Cost $39.50 and 15 minutes to replace it. Now all is good again and my air leak is solved.
