Does your truck have a suspension dump switch? If so trigger the switch and listen carefully to that device. My International 4400 was of a newer model and had the dump valve positioned way back on a frame cross member directly in front of the rear axle but it was ordered as a cab chassis and yours may have had the valve repositioned forward by the upfitter.
