Has your hot water bypass valve been changed since you last used it? When we first got our 2010, I couldn't get hot water to any faucet, even though the water in the tank was hot. I asked about it and was told to change the hot water bypass valve.
Here is a photo of our MS showing the water manifold. The bypass valve is the red handled one to the right of the water filter housing. Mine needs to be pointing down to allow hot water to flow.
