If both lines join into one, and water backs up in both areas that lines serve, then the blockage should be AFTER the junction of the lines, other wise the water would back up into only one area--keep this in mind as you trace/look at the lines. Lucky you, not the black water lines....
If you find the blockage, hope it is something that won't repeat after reassembly.
