Do you have a voltmeter? You could check for voltage out of the converter.

The MyRVTalk forum has lots of different brand owners participating and one of them should have your answer.

One way or the other, I believe it is gonna trace back to shutting off the electricity and then back on by the power company. If you have to replace the converter, think about a Progressive Dynamics 9200 series--pretty much the best around with a Charge Wizard built in to keep batteries from boiling out.
