Looking at floor plans for DRV JX450 you could estimate the distance for the lever arm from the center axle of the rig, using it as a pivot point, to the center of the garage as about 1/3 of the lever arm distance to the pin. That would mean that 3 pounds added to the center of the garage would reduce the pin weight by only one pound. Your 1250 pound Trike would reduce the pin weight by about 455 pounds. This is only a rough estimate because I do not know the exact measurements. As you said, it is not a good idea to always count on that loading for every trip.
