Rear cap
He was bad saying “no”
But Greg just plain lied
I made trip from southern Illinois to factory, greg promised to remove my rear cap to find out what was going on. Got home an a few weeks later got on roof and looking at caulk saw nothing had been touched. All he wanted to blame that I pulled a small aluminum trailer behind. This was on a 2012 and I had pulled 3 other DRV with no problem same trailer.
So I took a short trip to Missouri without trailer an ripped screws out again.
Called Greg and he told me I was out of warranty and nothing he would do
