We just wanted to give them a plug, they have only been a dealer for Doubletree products since May. We were in Calif for the triplets first b'day and desperately needed a black tank leak fixed. Wheels RV in Springdale, AR worked on it twice (once before the rally and once after), don't want to bash them, they tried. We were about 70 miles from Young's RV and gave them a call to beg for an appointment. They made me one when I needed to come in and replaced our valve. They had never done a repair for Doubletree and kinda messed up the call to Kent but got it done the next day. I appreciate their great work, they put us ahead of others that had appointments too. We needed to get to Montana right away and were able to make it 3 days before DH's sister passed away, notwithstanding the complete tire blowout that we had outside of Wells, NV (the remains wrapped around the axle, 4 hours on the side of a 2 lane highway) 4 new tires the next morning.
