Dave is right, push up and turn counter clockwise. Double check the watt as if you use a higher watt bulb it will melt the fixture. Also do NOT use bare fingers on the new bulb as the body oils will shorten the bulb life.

I find mine in Lows, HD, in the outdoors lighting section.
