A bunch is kind of misleading. Have changed out the front tires 3 times and the rears twice. The fronts wear out the shoulders as you found earlier and towing I always want good tires so I changed them probably before I really needed to. I have 110,000 miles on it now. The Florida dealer in Fort Meyers changed and balanced the tires at their shop and included the cost in the price of the tires. The Texas Ford dealer had to send it out and charged me extra ($60) for 4 balances and mounting. The Goodyears were a "bait & switch" by Purcell Tire in Las Vegas ( ordered Continentals but when I arrived said only Goodyears were available) They always ran hot and eventually it looked like a few belts let go.
