May all be academic. We can't get the financing that we want. We'll see. Looking at other alternatives, including some interesting USED deals, including:
2013 Redwood 38 RB (very nice, but hear bad things about Redwood's quality in this time period, and when I examined the roof, I was not happy with the amount of joint sealant cracking I saw)
2012 or 2013 (forgot which) Blackwood (not impressed with the inerior and exterior finishing compared to the Redwood. The interior wood finish is particularly lacking in having any "life", and the roof condition was again a disappointment given the young age)
2009 Carriage Domani DF300 (The most intriguing potential choice - see my separate posting on it.
