Joe,

I think you have the correct sequence of going in or out with the slides. We've got a 2010 with side bathroom and follow the same sequence, at least from what I remember. The one other thing we were told is that for our coach, we are to run the bedroom slide, whether in or out, all the way without stopping. According to what we were told, stopping midway with the bedroom slide can mess up the flow diverter that works to supply hydraulic fluid to both rams of the bedroom slide.

I think you are OK with the level of the fluid. As far as the fluid is concerned, I'm thinking that if you want a bunch of reading, you can check this thread over on SOITC:

They are saying that about any ATF is OK, according to Lippert.
