not heavy , use your jacks to pick up your coach until all tires are 1 inch off the concrete , remove tire . I looking at the pic of your tire touching the bolts I have no doubt that you have a spring that has failed completely , it should be easy to see with a flashlight .
Looks like you have a 2019 MS 41 RKSB4 so no doubt it will be warranted and they should pay for the install JMO . I did mine by myself but I work with heavy stuff everyday , if you are decent mechanic it is doable .. hardest part will be flexing spring into place so be sure to use the inside forward upper bolt as a pivot point , the use a jack to swing the mounting plate until the holes align .
