I am with her on the concrete pads...unless the place is well-sodded and level to prevent serious puddling. Just hate to be walking in water/mud.
Stayed at Oak Creek couple years ago--elec in winter was about $70-$90.
If you catch this quickly, you up to meeting Sat sometime to get the water stuff? Also have a door window Debbie might like.
