We replaced our board for our Norcold recently.

It was dead simple, took me less than 10 minutes. The fridge is actually colder now! We've been running on just a "1" (vs. up to 9) on the level here in the AZ desert and everything has been nice and cold. (I don't have a thermometer in there, so can't be too specific.)
I replaced the board because we kept getting the LiOP error, and the "magnet trick" no longer worked.
