The TrailAir TriGlide pin box has only been available recently. If your unit has the pin box delivered from the factory, it is probably the TrailAir with vertical air suspension only. Upgrading to the TriGlide should help a lot.
The vertical air is really good in reducing bumps from being transmitted from the truck read axle to the trailer, but doesn't do much for the ride in the truck.

I removed the TrailAir pin box and installed a Demco GlideRide. Then installed an Air Safe air hitch in the truck. I finally have a decent riding combination.
