I realize that this is an old post, but I am considering the same thing. With my dissability, it has become increasingly difficult to get into the RV, and negotiate the bedroom stairs. For those making the transition to motor home, can you post some tips on negotiating and trading? Or, if you sold your five, how difficult was that to accomplish?
