I just replaced them all with 90 degree grease zerks for something like $3.00. One thing I have noticed though is that sometimes the fitting won't take the grease. But, I found that if I take the weight off the shackle with a bottle jack, the grease goes in easily. The straight zerks installed by the manufacturer are an example of the designer never using the product. It wouldn't cost an extra cent to put in 90 degree zerks,
