For ther toilet, I would guess that there is something pluging the screen the protects the valve. For the lights I would start at the tow vehicle and see if there is power to the plug. There probably is since it's tail light and not brake lights. I believe that the tail lights are all on one wire and go from one side to the other at the rear of the trailer. I would pull the lights out at the rear of the coach and again look for 12V and then start tracking it down.
