I have the same outside edge wear you're talking about so thanks for the tip on the 100psi for the front tires. I had been running at about 80 then up it to 85 didn't realize you had to go to 100 to avoid the wear problem.
Maybe I'll try the rotation you did also. The tires could go another 15,000 or so if I can get the fronts to stop wearing down. I'll give it a shot and see what happens. Will get them balanced, rotated (as you did) and the front end alignment checked out.
